    micro steel tube

I'm trying to figure a way to take pieces of thin wall steel micro tubes and convert them into rounded end rectangles, the main reason is co's there ain't any my size in the market. At the moment I'm taking a small vice and, on either side of center I attach a piece of steel rod that is the thickness of what I want the rectangle to be but, it's bloody time consuming.
It's kinda funny but as I write this I'm remembering a picture of my great grandmother ringing out the laundry with a hand ringer hmmm. Anybody know if they make little cheapie's for metal, it's not like I'm in business it's more like a hobby.
any idea's would be much appreciated
    All the best

    Re: micro steel tube

How about something like a ring roller and machine the rollers to a square recess to form what you want
