IMO, not really.
Now I've not had anything to do with this in my machine shop experience, but I think that a few users have used 4th axis module with their Mill software to create 4th axis lathe toolpaths, since the lathe spindle is just an indexer under these circumstances. However, this would involve making a seperate program in Mill Professional and merging code in the editor with the rest of your lathe program.
First you get good, then you get fast. Then grouchiness sets in.
