Been a while since I was last here and how things have changed.

I have one of the last 10" machines Aaron sold before moving on and it's time to do some upgrading.
I need to improve the lead screws but would like to see what's in there before I tear it down.
That way maybe I can line up some purchases before disabling the machine.

Anyone here have pics from back then?

No, unfortunately.
CNC is beyond me I'm afraid.

No, I'm just hoping to see what the nuts look like in anticipation of new screws. Get an idea of the mountings, etc.
Been too long since the "lapping procedure" to remember what things look like in there.

I have a machine from 2006 that has been sitting in my parents garage for several years. I'm in the process of tearing it down and moving it to my new home now.

What lead screw do you want a picture of and what about it do you need to see? I'm trying to avoid taking the table off if necessary, but I can give you a shot of the X axis lead screw from underneath...

Sorry, things have been crazy for awhile.

I just noticed I screwed up and meant to say the nut for the X/Y lead screw!
