The main material of LGP is pmma board, or acrylic, commonly known as organic glass, whose chemical name is methyl methacrylate (MMA). Transparent acrylic board has higher light transmittance and strong impact resistance with wide applications in ultra-thin light box, frame, luminous signs, led panel light, LCD back light etc.    Process of LGP is divided into cutting, polishing and dot (or silkprint) process.      

1. There are three different process equipment in options for LGP cutting technique: Dividing saw cutting, laser engraving machine , central cutting of cnc gantry process. Detailed cnc engraving machine method should be chosen according to products requirements.   

2. LGP polishing technique adopts diamond cutter that can perform high speed rotation for precise side cutting to acrylic so as to get mirror surface result. After polishing, the material surface will have 92% light transmittance. The common LGP diamond polisher are vertical polisher, horizontal polisher and diamond double polisher.      

3. Laser dot technique has powerful system, and the dots printed through mesh dot mould designed by the software are with features of high uniformity without dark space and bright edge. The dot size can be adjusted freely with high rate of finished products that have long service life. Although silk-screen printing dots have features of low cost with high output, it needs frequent exchange of the printing plate, not eco-friendly and the mesh dot is easy for aging and loss. woodworking machinery for sale .
