Hello, this is my first post.
We have a problem with our machine Arrow 500 A2100, the spindle is not aligned. When I turn on the machine and start the alignment procedure, the axes are align correct but the spindle not present any movement to get align and the alignment process ends ok.
I use an S code to spin the spindle and works well but at the moment to change de tool I get the alarm 39-92 Tool change spindle orientation failure. I think this alarm appear because the spindle is not oriented at power up the machine.
I tried with M19 in MDI but the problem continue. The servo drive is VFS5.
we already replace the resolver, change all the oranges relays, switch the spindle drive with other machine, check resolver cables, switch the DV5, real time board and the I/O board.

Depending on the age of your machine and the version of software, you can change the position of the spindle orient for a tool change in the control or in the spindle drive using drive software.
