Exclamation Physical coordinates don't match software

    Hello,

I built a two-axis stage (leadscrew/stepper motor setup) driven by a CNC XPRO V2 board. I'm manually entering G-Code commands to a Grbl Controller software to move the stage around but I've found that although positioning is precise and highly repeatable, it is not accurate. In fact, if I command the machine to move a certain distance it will move exactly 1.25 times the distance entered in software. For example, if I enter "G01 X5" the X-axis will move 6.25mm in the positive direction instead of the 5mm displayed on screen!

This is my first experience with GRBL control and I'm not sure how to go about fixing this problem. All help is appreciated.

The number of steps/mm was set to 250 by default. I just had the change that to fix the problem.
