Looking for a small die to use to die cut rubber for prototyping/low production runs. Profile of the pieces that are to be made with the die are attached. The die will be cutting 0.5-1.5mm rubber (50a, 60a & 90a). I can do the leg work and design the die if you'd prefer. The dimensions on the profile are in MM.
Item needs to be made from A2 tool steel. We'll heat treat in-house. Only a quantity of 1 is required right now. We may likely do more later.

I vote EDM, If you wanted to give waterjet a try I have an omax waterjet that ill run this job at $1.5 per minute
