Machine cutting thing far too big or too small. (Laguna Swift 4x4)

*Note: I'm not trying to spam the forums, I just posted this originally in the wrong subforum*
**Also, please excuse my mistyping in the thread title. I have work in 20 minutes and I was in a rush*

    Hello,

My brothers and I just bought this Laguna 4x4 Swift CNC Router. I'm pretty much the only guy who can kinda run it.

While testing a few programs, I noticed some big problems.
    1. Projects seem to be really really tiny when not modified (Inches). They do seem to be cutting correctly,
    2. The same project becomes gigantic with a G20 code added in. Also the arcs go diagonally.
    3. The same project, but in Milimeters, also comes out gigantic (No G20 or G21.). However, the arcs are okay
    4. I tried to cut the outline of a guitar. I don't have the code for this one, but it was to scale somehow. However, the arcs were super messed up. Picture included.

    Here's the test code.

The machine uses a RichAuto A11 controller, I think.

Is there something I'm missing? We literally hooked this up yesterday. I would call Laguna but they're not open on weekends, so I thought to give these forums a shot.

I think you need a short course in G code planning.......go to UTUBE for a couple of free tutorials and videos.

I've already taken a course where I had to hand write all my G-code. In that class I used Fadal's on aluminum. I also know how to use a HAAS, and on that I used wood.

The code I posted is the one Mastercam exported. Vcarve also made pretty much the same code, besides starting at a different point, but the coordinates were the same. I don't see anything inherently wrong with it. I think this controller has some odd setting I don't know about.

Well, the other solution is to examine the machine itself and see if the screws are all snug and without much backlash.

Before you even consider anything that you want to make, do a few tests like making a square or a circle and test the results......any deviation from squareness or roundness and you have the answer........it could also be in the settings of Mach3...... whatever etc.

After much testing I found the biggest Issue. My pulse settings were at 400 instead of 100! Changing that Fix the size issue and everything cuts to size.

Now my only problem is cutting in Inches (G20) creates those diagonals intead of nice arcs,
