CW 3000 Chiller Alarm Wont Stop, need some help please

I've got an 20/12 Pro Series Full Spectrum Laser with a CW 3000 Industrial chiller. The alarm wont stop going off. I've got good water flow the temp is within standard. I know there was an issue with the valve at one point regarding the magnet I remedied that about 6 months ago; now I'm at a loss. Any ideas, anybody?

Hitting any button once should silence the alarm. I chanfed my settings to be too aggressive so alarm goes off in the summer all the time, button press and its gone for me....although I might have a 5000 model.

All i have is one switch. Oddly enough I think its an issue with the flow valve, I tilted this thing about 20 degrees and it stopped.

If I may do you have a laser or a CNC? I'm new to this laser deal and mainly do retirement gifts for military members.
