Hey G'day people,
Just wondering if anyone would care to shoot me a working profile for a Gecko G540 please.
I have a three axis unit with A as slave. Just having some difficulties setting up and would like a profile to compare.
Cheers,
Steve

I do not have one BUT if you take the Gecko Mach3 XML that they provide and IMPORT it into the UCcnc it should give you all the basics.
Just a thought, (;-) TP
Hey Vmax g'day,
Thank you for taking the time to post. I did do that mate, its a simple enough process one would think, create a profile name - stick it on the desktop - import the mach3 xml and should be good to go. BUT. there's always a but.. I get this error doing a dry run.
“a machine axis software limit was reached – the axis was now stopped”
And for the life of me I can not see what the issue is.. I know what its saying just don't know how to problem solve it.
So I thought maybe compare between what I have and someone else has.
Cheers,
Steve
Go to the individual axis pages under Configuration, and see what the softlimit settings are.
