    Eliminating Burr on CNC Router

    Hey all,

I operate a MultiCam 3000. We are using it to cut quarter inch DiBond. Does anyone know of a way to eliminate the burrs and semi sharp lip left over from cutting? I just want to reduce the amount of sanding needed after cutting.

On wood, I preemptively chamfer the outline. This lets me use an upcut end mill. There's also downcut, compression, whicj might help, although, I don't think they make compression for 1/4" thickness.
