Well i have no complaints and i love it........ works like a charm and i even think the factory software (laserwork) is pretty easy to use.....The user manual is kinda hard to understand in chinenglish but not as bad as some ive seen on chinese furniture from walmart.
    Which model did you purchase?

Just got a Morntech MT-L960. Need Help

    Hello everyone!

This is my 1st laser machine. Very exited when it was finally delivered.

    Just had a few questions.

    1. Not sure how to change the DPI resolution from the software it came with. Im getting rough edges when i engrave things. Also cant do small details.

    2. Got it working with CorelDraw x4 (kinda). It wont work on my CorelDraw x5

    3. It said it can work with illustrator 5 but no luck with that too. The plugin gives me an error every time.

    4. Any idea whats the best settings for bamboo? for a vector image with small details. Like the Mayan Calendar.

    5. Will changing the lens to a 1.5" make the engraving better?

My ultimate goal is to ge the mayan calendar like the link below

Mayan / Aztec Calendar | Flickr - Photo Sharing!

Any advise/tips will really help me out.

    Thank you!

Hi there, to bump a super older thread, will this machine fit through a standard door when un-crated? Thank you in advance!

That's interesting, I spoke with a technician in Stockton yesterday that said, "once the machine is taken apart to fit through a door, it will never be able to be aligned again, therefore not recommended." I was surprised by this answer.

    @jbvries

MT-L960 is with separate stand on wheels
    ???? ????? ??????? MT-L960-sinograver
    should be this model.

this model unmounts the under table easy with 4 simple bolts. if you have the full size cabinet then this is indeed not easy to do.
