    Unhappy U Disk Problem

    Hi everybody i am working with a cnc omni 1530 and I have this problem... when I choose the file to be cut from the u disk , i adjust the speed and everything after that i press the OK button and the machine does not run, i really try too many different USB but it does not work

    Tottally in the wrong forum, however it most likely has to do with the size of your usb stick that you are using. They should be 1gb or less, there are some utility's on the internet that can resize any usb key to be less then they are when formating them, Any linux os has this ability out of the box. I have formatted some to 512mb and they work just fine.
