we have a electro-craft bru-200 dm30 and it stopped working and it comes up with a watchdog time out error, has anyone seen this error and is there anything I can do without sending it to a repair shop thanks

We've got the same problem here. Anyone know what's the problem ? Is the timekeeper ram the problem ?

I've solved the problem. I've found the manual.
If led 2 and 4 are on this means that the timekeeper is defect.
I've programmed a new timekeeper and it's working again.

I didn't try to make connection to the drive with a communication cable and software because the machine had to much work. However it should be possible.

How did you make a new time keeper? Can you send me a copy of your manual? I haven't been able to find it to d/l. I have another identical unit this is functional on another machine, I would like to be able to grab that configuration and upload to a new(er) drive that I have. The lights that I have on are: 1-green, 3&4 are red.

I have set up comms with these drives before, there is terminal that was used to communicate with these drives and there is emulators online somewhere that will work, the comms are rs232 i have a schematic for the cable and the software at work. If anyone is interested ill post up the info next week sometime.

hello,
i have a problem with my bender. its a old herber with two servo drive electro craft bru 200. my problem concerns one of them. on servo lights one green led and three reds. bender works 30 min and the fault is on the servo drive. please help.

Ok the manual has finally made it from the machine back to my desk, unfortuneately the last 6 months have been the bussiest of my life once i get time i will scan it and post it up
