    Problem engraving size.

Hi, I just bought a router cnc LT-1525 China like the picture I attached.
My problem is that there is a mismatch in the x, y, z by what the pieces out of proportion.
I think the problem is that I have some incorrect values on the pulse equiv. I'm not sure.

I have introduced the values indicating both the manufacturer I equiv pulse table size and set-up spindle,
but the size milling still not correct measurements as well as the axes
(+20 mm in the z axis of the panel dsp control is 10 mm in the part).

Someone could give me the right configuration parameters for my cnc router?

    Thank you.

Sounds like your steps per setting in the motor tuning in Mach3 is off. If your steps per is 640, try setting to 320 for all axis.

Hi, at first thanks for your answer.
At the moment I'm not using Match3, I'm using the DPS control to set the parameters on the router.
The value for the Z axis 320 on the equivalence of pulse is correct, thank you.
But for the X and Y axes not yet, now that I have the value 101.810 is but for a piece of 1mx1m, the router cuts the piece of 1177x1177 mm, with the value of 320 for all the axes not cut properly.

These are the parameters that have entered into the machine:

    MACHINE SETUP

    Pulse Equiv:
    X - 101.810
    Y - 101.810
Z - 320.000 (with the value put into the manual Z 350 for this, average double the actual distance)
    Spindle Delay: - 4
    OnDelay - 4000
    Off Delay 0
    Accel:
    Accel Ln - 1000.000
    Accel Cv - 1000.000

    Start Speed - 100.000
    Skip Speed - 1000.000

    CAD Thickne:
    FlrHght 0.000000
    Max Speed Limit:
    60000000 for all axis
    Distance Timeout:
    Dist Limit - 30
    Timeout Set - 0
    CAD Pickup:
    PckUpHgh - 60.000
    Home Speed:
    X and Y - 3000.000
    Z - 1800.000
    Manual Param:
    X and Y Fast - 2000.000
    Z Fast - 1000.000

    AUTO PRO SETUP

    Work Speed:
    WorkSpd - 10000.00
    FastSpd - 500.000
    SafeHeight - 40.000
    AutoScale:
    SpdScale - 0.200
    FallScale:
    FallDown - 0.200
    FallHght - 5.000
    CircleLimit: 4242.641
    WorkArray:
    ColCount - 1
    PowCount - 1
    ColSpace - 0.000000

    Many thanks for your answers

    Re: Problem engraving size.

If 101.81 results in 1177mm then 86.4995 should give 1000mm
