    CNC Maintenance Record Program

I'm looking for a new CNC Maintenance record keeping program. We've been using our own creation in Excel but we've outgrown it. Any suggestions would be great! We have CNC Mills and Lathes, forklifts, air compressors and some manual stuff.

    Re: CNC Maintenance Record Program

I see you said you have outgrown excel? Have you made macros and such to make the task easier? I have a spreadsheet which I used some old macros from college and high school; I use it actively to keep track of what days I complete the task and how long the task takes on average. I would suggest that if you've reached a point where you're thinking you may need a new program to do this that you "re-vamp" your sheet. If in doing so you do not achieve what you were thinking of, then I would suggest getting a version of quickbooks on your PC. It is a little over the top considering your specific need here, although quickbooks can be used for many, many different things. Hopefully this may have helped you a little bit.
