Ok, I found two cards on e-bay. One is listed at $149 and the other is listed at $90 both $20 shipping from same seller. This may be a cheaper option than P&S if you want to take a chance.

Beat me to it!! I was hunting on ebay!! Always good to have spares!! With as much time as I have into this mill I'm kind of stuck with it. When you say extender card what exactly do you mean?

Machine is running finally! I bought the two mdi cards off ebay and got another power supply from parts and smarts. Everything seems to be working except the spindle brake. I set my travel limits gonna do reversal comp today. The machine was running a program yesterday so I think Im good now. Hopefully she behaves for awhile!!
