I SY60STH88-3008BF stepping motors coupled bipolar parallel. Information about stepper motors:
conection type bipolar P
phase 2
1.8 degree
Voltage V 2.73
Current A 4.2
resistance of 0.65 Ohm
inductance of 3.2 mH
holding torque Nm 3
Rotor inertia q.cm2 840
Power supply is 46V 10A
I have a controller DQ542MA Wantai MOTOR CO., LTD
I currently configured controller
Micro Step Resolution 400
Standstill current setting PEAK 4.2 - 3.00 RMS
I screws SFU1605 Ball Screw Single Ballnut ballscrew GRS
To drive CNC machines use MACH3.
Settings for motor tuning
Step per mm 80.11
Velocity of 1500 mm per minute
Acceleration to 500 mm`s / sec / sec
G`s 0.050988
Suddenly he began to lose steps y axis and that at the moment 20 to 30mm. I changed the cable from the stepper motor to the control box, I checked a ball nut and threaded spindle, but there was no error. The stepper motor I surveyed the ohm meter. The resistance between the phases is 1.6 ohm. I changed the stepper motor with the same but the error still occurs.
For the test I acceleration in the y-axis was reduced to 100 mm`s / sec / sec. after this change, the Y axis does not lose steps. With a hand I tried to stop the spindle on the Y axis and I succeeded, I tried on the x axis of the referee to stop the spindle but I failed. I might have been looking for a mistake? Is it possible that there has been a failure of the controller? Before impairment of machinery operated without problems for 4 years.
