I have an machine Okuma whith OSP5000m controller.
This machine wire mice gnaw. We did not find points of failure, so we have removed many of its parts, including Servo motor Encoder.
We have found the broken point, after fitting the machine, the machine displays error 101-X, 101-Y, 101-Z.
I think Encoder position errors than the calculation of the machine.
I can not operate the machine again.
Please give me any ideas!

Quick impression is that encoders are fine. Open electrical cabinets and find Servo drive units there should be error leds on these. Does this machine have BDU-A or BL-D units? If you do not know take pictures of servo drives.

This is the image of the servo driver.
After startup, it has two bright LED (RST and PS-ON). When I pushed the switch 2 to ON, check the machine notify the driver.
I tried to remove the pin and screw motors, remove the encoder out motor, switch to the default (shown attached) then turn on machine -> no error message show, the motor axes x, y, z turning constantly (to location tracking), this time allows the machine spindle run.
I mounted the encoder, the machine displays the error 101-x and can not operate. I think the wrong position, I tried to rotate the encoder for the same position on the screen, but not success.

Hi,

I do not understand you very well. But when alarm is on encoder reading does not change before you press reset button. Hope that helps you.

Oh. Sorry I do not speak clearly.
When the switch in default (normal mode - like photo attached), after startup, the error 101-x will be displayed on the screen. When I pushed the switch 2 to ON to reset and remain in place, I get the message: "check driver". Whenever I pushed the default location, error 101-x reappeared
