Since Vista doesn't seem to have time to support their pendants on PP, is their another comparable pendant that would work with PP?

There is a wireless pendant that is supported by LinuxCNC: LinuxCNC Documentation Wiki: Using A XHC-HB04 Wireless MPG Pendant

I think there is also a wired version of that pendant. Someone is discussing it in the forum thread but I didn't read far enough to see if they got it working or not.

I haven't tried this pendant so I am not endorsing it but it might be a viable option.

Thanks, I'll check them out. I really miss my Vista. Tormach doesn't want to hurt sales of their pendant thing and Vista must figure we're too small a market to bother with.

sorry for the double posts, for some reason my posts have to be reviewed by a mod before they are actually posted.... I know absolutely nothing about Linux so I am very hesitant to modify it to work with the Vista pendant, but I would really love to be able to use my vista again
