Need help. I have 1996 cincinatti falcon lathe . The power supply was bad and replaced. When we power it up now, It seems to power up normally. And when we try to change off of the" OPERATOR" mode it wont accept passwords. Even tried world class as password for mai mode and it wouldnt accept that password either. Was told it may be hard drive failure. We are in the process of getting a cloned ide hard drive. Does this seem like the correct solution or is there some other area or direction we should be looking?

If somebody changed the password it would act like that. If you are going to clone go to SSHD.

Yes. That is what we dont understand. No one has changed anything other than the powersupply..

Hey guys thanks for the help.
Found out that the security format for the machine part was corrupted. Had a tech read hardrive and disable security. Then made the changes i needed and turn on the security again. Now waiting for True copy of machine side security.
