To feed the air supply. With the Hypertherm deal going on now, I'll be getting their secondary Air Filter also.

Ordered with both Torch Heads and a consumable kit. 25' machine and 50' hand, unit will ultimately be tied to the Table so that's the reasoning for the longer hand torch.

I got a hypertherm 45 that i dont get to use very often. Its an amazing machine and will cut 1/2" steel all day long. Just make sure you have dry air , im using one of those desiccant air dyers.

Anyone think I'll have a problem using a 3/8" hose (with 3/8" fittings) to supply air?

You will not have a problem with that hose and fittings. Their HPRxD plasma's use those size of hose with 1/4" fittings. Just make sure your air compressor can keep up with the required air consumption.
