We have negotiated a deal with Precision Plasma LLC and are now the sole distributor of the Magnum gantry kit. This package deal is high quality and low cost.


The Magnum is a weld together steel gantry where the customer supplies the 3x3 and 1x3 tubing and performs the welding and assembly. This makes for a very rigid assembly and allows us to include belt reduction as standard equipment.
What is included in the kit?
All of the laser and formed plate work for the gantry:



The mechanical kit also includes:
Belt reduction units (3)
Igus cable track for both axis (handles up to Hypertherm 85)
Gear rack for both axis
Pacific Bearing IVT rail with v-guide bearings for gantry(aluminum extrusion with hardened v-rail inserts)
All hardware required
Velox CNC Z axis with machine torch mount compatible with CandCNC Bladerunner

Electronics:
We supply a control package manufactured by CandCNC and it includes:
Bladerunner AIO DTHCII (Parallel port version with digital torch height control)
(4) 620 in-oz motors
Mic-01 interface cable for a Hypertherm 45/65/85 plasma cutter.
We do not have the Ethercut contol package available. Upgrades available directly from candcnc.
Field Upgrades : DTHCII to DTHCIV + EtherCut Field Upgrade

The C3 bus is not included since it is not needed for the parallel port version.
The customer needs to fabricate the frame from locally sourced steel.

What is the linear rail on the table?
1/2" x 3" cold rolled steel is the linear rail mounted on the frame. This is purchased by the customer when sourcing the frame material and is not included in the kit. It would cost more to ship the CRS to you than what it costs to purchase locally.

A magnetic torch breakaway is now available for the Velox Z axis.

The upgrade price is +$200. No standard mount will be included if the magnetic breakaway mount upgrade is purchased. NOT SOLD SEPARATELY
