Exclamation Looking for someone to bend parts!

I have 3/8 aluminum bars that need bent. Here is a pic of what I need. Now don't get confused, that larger part is just a base. The base is a completely different part. Now there is a damper that I put on the "S" bar. The "S" bar is all I need.

Can you educate me on how you can bend that without marking it? Want to learn all I can.

If it's 3/8 just buy a roller bender. I've used my 1/2" swagelok bender to make horse shoes out of cold roll steel, so the 3/8 will bend solid aluminum with ease. These benders aren't cheap (couple hundred bucks) but are well worth it.

On all equipment there are 2 levers...
    Lever "A", and Lever F'in "B"
