On my sabre 750 when I got to turn it on it just sits on the start up screen. After looking in the back I see only half my I/O rack looks to have power, where do the cards get there power from?? I know there isn't a problem with the cards, or the back plane as I have swapped with another machine.

Have you tried to let it sit in this state for any extended period? I used to own an 850SX that had to sit for an hour before it would boot up when cold.
