Hi all. Im posting because im about to loose my mind here lol. So to make the story short i have a HRT7(1996) connected to a VF3(1994) since my machine is a brush type machine inverse feed its not possible, and my featurecam keeps posting them (i already changed this on the post) i have being able to fully cut in a 4th axis motion doing some engraving and some surfaces.

Things go wrong when the feed rates that appear are huge like 23000 m/min so its impossible for my machine to handle this without G93/G94. I understand that the issue is that im trying to adapt new machining technology into a old control. I really need to know how to post on the old fashion way.

So the question here is, how was the full 4th axis machining done in 1994? please help! im in a hurry with some parts i need to cut that require 4th axis surface machining.

thought all Haas' were capable of g93

if you fixed you cam issue why are you getting huge feed rates?

Here is what ive done and learned lately... I changed post cam software now im using mastecam to generate this, so on mastercam i changed how the program its being made, now i have disabled the inverse time feed, so the linear feed that im having on the tanget of the circle are being converted as linear feed in the axis, ive done this with full 4th axis motion and so far is kind of working.

On the other hand according to haas my machine needs an upgrade on the control to have version 9 working, since my machine is a brush type machine, upgrading this whole thing is so expensive that its better to buy a newer machine.
