We own a AMADA PEGA 357 Turret Punch Press with a Fanuc 6 Controller. Our BMU has insuficient memory so we purchased a TULIP ELECTRONICS Fanram board to replace it.

I manually enter the settings, parameters, etc., on the new fanram board.

The Machine
Made ok HOME
Read ok NC programs
Move ok X-Axis and Yaxis with G70 X100.0 ; G70 Y200.0 ; G70 X300.0 ; G70 Y400.0 ; G70 X500.0 ; G70 Y600.0 or similar programs with G70 commands ; but . . .

1.- THE TURRET CANNOT TURN TO CHANGE PUNCHES with a T command in NC program
2.- THE STRIKER CANNOT HIT A PUNCH when read a X100.0 Y200.00 command in NC program

I check all parameters and settings one by one (BMU vs. Fanram) and all values are exactly.
I confirm this machine doesn´t use 8000 & 9000 series programs .
I don´t know where is the failure.

I install the old BMU board and the machine work OK (turning the turret and hitting punches) .
I install the Fanram board and doesn´t work the turret (not turn and not punch)

I would appreciate your advises and help . .
