Hi all.
My problem is the cycle time on Xr4.
When i turn a length in Z-, then go onto job sheet, the cycle time is out.
Example
If i turn 20mm long at 1000rpm .1 feed rate, i should get 12 secs.
One cnc job sheet gives me 23 seconds.
Has anybody got any ideas?

I get 12 seconds here with your example settings.

That is with the default post.

You sure you don't have a second finish pass set ??

You could post your sample file to look at.

I only have 1 pass.
Also, if i drill with the same spindle speed and feed rate i get the same time on the job sheet as when i turn?
I have been through all of the settings and cant find anything that would cause this.
