Hello all, I'm beginning my plasma table build. I have some rough drawings in Autocad at school for dims and overall size. I am writing here to ask for any advice on the design before starting to cut material. I have some 2x2 11 gauge square tubing for the table base. Does this sound ok for the build. I don't see the need for material thicker than that (.120") for 11 gauge. I will want a water reservoir under the material so I will be using .25" angle iron for the slats. Linear rails will consist of .5" thick racks with pinion at 7tpi. Does this sound ok? I will be building a milling ma Hine in the near future but that's another thread. Any advice is greatly appreciated thanks.
