Hi,

This is the second time I have the same problem with a 6515 board.first time I replaced the whole board this time I like to see if I can fix it.

Behavior: The machine get new files but can not delete or overwrite existing files. I can still cut, jog, etc. All seems to be working fine but that. Also noticed that when it finish cutting it locks. It does not make the finishing "beeps" and locks. Restarting the machine makes it operational again.

Anybody have the same behavior/issue with the 6515? Any way to reset or force the flash to clear?

To be honest with you, I'd throw that hunk of junk away and get a 708c. It is way easier to use and doesn't need a dongle for software and features are still being added. I had a leetro 6515, 608 and a 708c. The 708c is by far the best I've used. The conversion from the 6515 to the 708c took about an hour to wire and tune. It was that easy!
