    SprutCAM v9 & v10 Compatibility?

I've read through the SprutCAM v10 documentation and haven't been able to find any details on this.

Will SprutCAM v10 open v9 project files?
If not, can SprutCAM v9 and v10 be installed on the same machine?

    Thanks!

    Re: SprutCAM v9 & v10 Compatibility?

I don't have a problem with any conversions. I do save new v10 versions in a new directory. Only problem I see now and then is some 2d operations get confused but easy to fix. And maybe a custom tool / definition that was working before is goofy now or creates some goofy tool paths. Some of my undercut type tools needed some changes to work right. Many of these have been added new in this version and work much better now anyway. I had another problem with collision detection but it turned to be me! So many settings and one wrong your chasing tail for few minutes. Always takes a little doing to upgrade I guess.
Oh and they give me 90 days to return the key so you could run both for couple months.
