Hybrid D10 need some help getting this old thing running!

So we paid $5,000 for a CNC machine for our metal shop and we even built a room for it. It has been sitting there for 6 months never cut anything once until last week I was able to cut one simple 4x4 plate with 1/2" bolt holes from a file someone sent me. I have VERY little knowledge of operating a CNC machine and just this week I have been grasping the concept of "G-Code"

    I am proficient in AutoCAD
    I am Computer Savvy
I have lots of experience plasma cutting, even artwork by hand.

With all this being said I have come down to the last 100 yards of making this all work for our shop and I am calling on the wonderful people of CNCZone to help me put this into function!

Our wish is to be able to:
    - Draw in Autocad whatever we want (2D of course)
    - Use a program to select the toolpath
    - Convert the toolpath/CAD to G-Code (THIS IS WHERE I AM STUCK)
    - Send the G-Code to the Controller
    - AND CUT!

Here is what I have so far:
    - I have a CNC with a Linatrol Hybrid D10 Controller
    - I draw in Autocad and Export to .dxf ( a basic 4" square with a 2" circle in the center)
    - I open it in LazyCam and choose my toolpath
    - I convert it into G-code with the PostScript option
    - I send it to my controller using RemoDNC
    - My Controller is not able to read the code ("BAD ARC AT BLOCK #22" then it attempts to translate and never finishes)

From lots of research I have discovered that I need to convert the CAD drawing into the proper G-Code dialect/version/style that my controller accepts.
How do I do this? Is there settings in LazyCam? Should I use another CAM software that I can make settings match my controller? Or is this even the issue?

Like I said, I was able to cut using a file but not able to cut using my own file I made.

I attached the files for you guys to see. There are ver small .txt files.

Any help is much appreciated! I promise I will send pics if I can out my own design!
