Hello All, I am new here although not exactly new to CNC.

Back in the 80's and 90's I was a CNC lathe Turner but we had to work all the machine moves out ourselves without the CAD/CAM packages available today.
It was kinda fun too and our programs would be much shorter than what you see produced by these new packages.

I have just converted an old Connect 250 mini router to new parts supplied by Zapp Automation.

I have everything hooked up but cannot get the motors to turn in Mach3 at all despite following all the instructions supplied?
