Hello guys how r u

Which breakout board have you got? If your router is a normal handheld trim router, you won't be able to vary the speed from software. The best you can expect is to turn it on and off with M3/M5 codes. And that will typically require adding relay circuits to control the 110v power with logic-level voltage, unless your breakout board has all that onboard already.
I have Mach3 5 Axis Break out Board Attachment 303126Attachment 303126
dear i simply want to on and off router with mach3 not speed controlling etc
if the back of the board looks like what is shown in the image below then should be easy to use the pins labeled A and B as a switch to control the spindle (router)
the onboard relay is rated 10 amps - you could probably wire a small 5 or 6 amp trim router through that relay and it will work at least for a while - but it would be best to use the onboard relay to switch an external relay like a cheap heavy duty 12V automotive relay from the auto parts store - then use the external heavy duty relay to switch the 220V to the router

Dear can u share a external Relay Dia gram for 4 or 5 routers near about 500 watts per router ( I m using 4 routers somtimes 5 , so can u please share a circuit diagram for that project)
there are too many variables to propose a generic circuit that would be exactly what you need - you must consider much more than the router voltage to safely wire and switch 5 or six 220V routers using relays
