    OOYA RE-OM with Fanuc 6T control DC Spindle Drive problem

    Hello.
    I'm Trying to determine the problem with FANUC 6T Servo Drive unit.
    Board A20B-0008-037
    Everytime, when machine get the command to run spindle drive FA1 FA2 FA3 alarm fuses om that board, are blown randomly. Sometimes is only blow FA1 or 2 or all three together. Then i got an Red Light (Spindle Motor) on main panel.
    We already tried to replace spindle motor. No luck.
    Any help?

    YOUR DRIVE PCB 0375 IS DEFFECTIVE , SURE !

    Check the main fuses the alarm fuses are in parallel the main fuses, they indicate when the main fuses are blown
