You probably need to do the offset in your .dxf file.

I've never used it, but usually simple .dxf to g-code converters don't have any offset functions. They just convert the lines to g-code exactly as they were drawn.
Sounds like you need a real CAM program.

    Re: dxf2gcode small problem

    thank you for help!

the solution is to make offset in solidworks and remake gcode. (i will try it next monday on cnc whit mdf )

But some times i plan to make 3d furniture, like dors whit wawes or lines somthing like that. So i have alphacam but mach3 drops a lot of bad lines in gcode and stop at first lines..

i allways get this mesage, and canot try to simulate suting ?:/

    Hello,

for 3D engrawing you have to create user define tool.
    1. Create geometry define tool
    2. Goto Machine - Define tool - User defined.
    3. Select geometry which define tool

Or select User tool which is in a default database after instalation .

You can define your own user tool or use the existing tools in the tools library of the software.
