Hey All,
About 8 months ago I got a 6090 100w laser from China. After a few months of setup and learning the software, the thing was running like a dream. One day the thing quit working. I tested the power, signal and water safety circuit. To be sure, I picked up a new power supply. After swapping it out, still no laser. The new power supply came with a test circuit. Do any of you know what the test circuit lights do? Do lasers just go dead? I thought the tubes slowly wore out.

I am kind of freaking out and a little hear broken,
Any help would be much appreciated,

What kind of laser you purchased? CO2,fiber or yag?

My machine is from Multitech with a Reci 100w Co2 tube. Attached (or below) are two images of the new power supply. When powered up, the red and yellow LEDs are on. The green is off.

Hello Joe,

1, Check the water chiller, the laser tube do not have laser if the chiller not work.2. Check the power supplyower on the machine,,if the the power supply work ,the fan of the power supply will work.
3. After checking the water chiller & the power supply well, press the laser button of the control panel ，check the the laser have or not.
4. Power on the laser supply & water chiller，pls find the “test” button on the laser power supply ，press the “test” button ，check the laser.

After a day of testing it looks like my laser tube is dead. The tube does nothing. I was expecting to see an off colored beam or sparks in the laser tube. According to the voltmeter everything connects and reports power all the way to the tube. Looks like it's time to buy a new tube.
