I've been working on building a 3-axis cnc mill for the past 5 months. Problems with backlash and alignment with the linear guides and lead screw continue to haunt me. Is there an affordable setup available that has 2 guide rails, a lead screw with antibacklash nut, and all assembled into a solid construction that can be bolted up with mounts on the rails and a mount on the pillow block, slider, or whatever it may be. ??

I'm running with stepper motors for affordability, rather than servos.

With my new plans, I'll need 2 of these linear motion systems for the x and y axis, since the z-axis is the only one that's not acting up. Travel on the x and y axis can be from 10 - 14 inches.
