I have a punch tape reader which can read your tape. It is much better if you can find someone locally with a punch tape reader. Any punch tape reader will work. But if you get desperate, I can help. I would need the tape, of course, and then I could send an ASCII file back to you by email, and mail the tape back to you when done.
Alternatively, Google about ASCII and punch tapes, and you can decode the holes in the tape yourself (it is just 7 bit ASCII - a hole is a 1, a non-hole is a 0). It will take some time, but it is human readable and you can get the info you need from the tape.
PM me if you need help.
Regards,
Michael
