FP3NC - bosch PC rebooting when pressing "ON" button

I have a Deckel FP3NC machine with burned servo amplifier boards. CNC works, but when I press the green button with a lightning symbol (trying to turn it on), pc goes reboot. Here is a video.

It's in Russian So - when I say something there - it's a command for assistent to press this button
It does not matter, if X50-X53 are pluggid in or not.
If I plug-off a X74:2 - pc don't reboot, but if I plug it in, when ON button was already pressed and K7 and K17 are in ON state, it reboots immideatly. Well, I think that it is reboot, but I'm not shure. Nedded help, because I have not any manuals, exept electric scheme and mechanical spare parts catalog
