Hi guys, so it looks like I will go for a water cooled spindle, and am thinking of using a small car or motor bike radiator on the out side of my shed/workshop, as in the summer it gets very hot inside...any one have thoughts on possible corrosion issues with the copper and steel of the spindle?? , also wondering what size pump to use, and maybe better to suck the coolant through rather than force ( cause less leak problem if it goes bust )
The other thing is the top speed of the spindle at 12,000 RPM , my router does 25,000 and I will be doing mostly small cameo type items,
any thoughts would be appreciated

My mistake for some reason had 12,000 rpm, now know its 24,000 !!!
