    You are not using just straight SBR16 Rails & cutting Aluminum, there is a big difference

    When you use supported SBR Rails like you are, even 12mm would work just as well, It's when someone builds a machine with unsupported SBR rails they have problems when cutting almost anything, with a reasonable/normal cut
