Question X Y variation laser cut

    Hello !
I ve this trouble on our lasercut machine (chinese 50x30cm) with RDWorks software...
there is some little variation on x and y when cutting diagonal, or circle path....

    Attachment 307560

We dont know where it come from (we tried to setup a different microstep parametter without many change...)
It seems some speed are worst than some other, (maybe a resonance thing..., and we suspect electricity problem (miss a capacitor somewhere.. maybe...)

Any help would be great !!!!!!

Hold a pencil in head laser, tape the sheets in plywood and have cut a square with the laser turned off ...
So if the design display these errors you can be sure that the problem is on track or belts ...
If you do not present the problem may be the laser tube or lens that is loose inside the head ....
