So I finished the coolant manifold late Thursday night. What I thought was going to take 2 hours ended up taking 4 hours, go figure. I had a hard time getting it aligned because of the irregularities in the cast but after messing with it I got it to bolt up nicely. I have a few pictures of it bolted up and ready to use. I also included a video of the 3/4" shear hog in action as I was cutting one of my arms. The last picture shows how the table covers performed and it looks like they did the job keeping chips out so it saved a little time when I cleaned everything up. Now I'm looking at a spray called LPS-3 to coat the table before installing the cover plates and I will probably take my vices off and spray the underside as well. That's about it for now, I'll be looking at upgrading the cooling system this weekend and finish my drawing for the enclosure modification which I will update as soon as I'm done.
