I have 2 parts that require machining.

Part 1 is 1/16" thick 6061 aluminum. it is a rectangular bezel approximately 3"x2.5" with raduised corners. the inside of the bezel has a rectangular hole with 1/8" fillets at the corners. there are 4 x 1/8" screw holes in the bezel. tolerance in the bezel is 0.01"

part 2 is 1" thick hdpe (1" black king starboard), the same outer dimension of the bezel with a .9" deep pocket in the middle with either similar radiused corners or dogbone fillets if you want to use a 1/4" endmill. tolerance on the plastic part is not terribly important so long as the pocket is not smaller than the hole in the bezel.

I need 50 of each but would like pricing for 100 and 200 of each also. I can provide dimension drawings and cad files if necessary as well as materials.

parts are needed, delivered in raleigh, nc within 3 weeks if possible
