I am looking for 2D aluminum work. I have DXF files that I can send if you email me. [email protected]

I have 19 different files I need done. Looking at approx 850 total pieces.

The largest part is approx 7"x1" and the smallest is approx 1"x1".

Tolerances overall are pretty loose, .005+/- would be fine however, some pieces have bearing pockets so I need those to have tight tolerance just on the bearing pockets, the rest of the dimensions can stay loose.

Thinnest I need is approx .625" and thickest I need is .125".

No requirements on surface finish.

On 3 out of the 19 parts, I would like some counter sinks and a bevel on two of the edges (as seen in the pictures below) but its not a requirement. I am ok with finishing up some of the work if needed.

I will post a couple of pictures of the parts that are currently made from other materials. Please dont take the pictures too literally as there have been some changes since they were taken.

Thanks to all who have contacted me for quoting. I am going to close this now so I dont waste anybodies time. I have plenty of quotes waiting to come in and need to choose one soon.
