    VF5 tool change error 134

    I have a VF5 and an error occurred while doing a tool change. It is not air pressure or the solenoid breaker. It popped loose but didn't drop in to the carousel. Now the tool is out of the bar but not in the holder. Any ideas before I reset the alarm and try not to drop my tool?

    Well, it pulled the tool back up but now the tool carousel wont retract. error 125. how do I get the shuttle to retract?

    GOT IT. For anyone else that has this problem. zero return/ single axis. That sends the turret back to position.
