Wanting to build a 5x10 Gantry Kit table, where do i start? Where can I get a set of plans and are the all generic or specific to the gantry brand? I will be using it mostly for HVAC parts, so it will be a down draft. I saw some heavy duty tables along the lines of having 4 inch tube for legs.

If you are going to use someones "gantry kit" or buy most of your "hard parts" in a kit form..... they most likely will have table plans to go along with gantry..... I expect you will have to buy the kit to see their table plans though

If HVAC or other very thin material is all you are going to cut I'd probably go with some sort of 80-20 aluminum frame

Just a note...Designed correct 80/20 can be a extremely strong table.. It will support a heck of a lot more then sheet-metal.. In fact mine will support as thick as my 120 amp cutter could cut through reasonably well. Most of the problem is cost of doing it correct compared to using steel..

For making the table yourself,it is a little complicated.You can calculate your budget,if it is much money,we suggest you to choose Chinese machine.The price is more economiclly.
