Fanuc oi-mc not sending power to control

We just bought a used 2005 prodis pdc-1050 MIll with a Fanuc oi-mc control, worked perfect when we bought it but when we brought it to our shop and hooked up the power and turned it on suddenly we have every sensor alarming out and no power to the servos, we have checked the power everywhere we can and it all looks good. We are at a complete loss right now.

Your I/O has a problem. Look at the X bits on the diagnose page, if all are the same you have a 24 volt problem. The machine will not turn on the drives with that condition.
