Re: (1131 Back slide Alarm) on our citizen f20 cnc lathe
Hello Zubair,
Although I am not specifically familiar with this alarm, I found some information that may help you. Check out the possible causes listed on this website:
http://dealerparts.mctz.com/ecommerce/F52025.htm
-------------------------------------------------
1131 BACK SLIDE ALM
* Only when U50C is equipped
Same as - X-axis overtravel.
The fall of back spindle was detected.
The back slide and the tool post interfered with each other.
This is the back spindle fall detection alarm.
Alarm occurs if the back slide lock proximity switch is OFF (DGN. No.18.3 *PRSBSC = 1) while the back spindle in sliding down.
Recovery procedure;
1. Select MDI mode.
2. Set DGN. No.420 bit 3 = 0.
3. If the back spindle falls;
Press the Feed Hold and Spindle Stop buttons at same time to forcedly raise the back spindle.
4. Turn the NC power OFF/ON.
Occurrence factor;
• The back spindle fails because of the back spindle is collided with the #2 turret.
• The back slide lock proximity switch (*PRSBSC) failure or position adjustment failure.
• Magnetic valve for the back spindle slide UP/DOWN or lock is fail.

So trying to deciper the Jinglish (japanese-english) it sounds like you entered an interference zone, try disabling interefence check
or
You are over travelling, and need to modify tool geometry or your G code
